The Tyndale Philosophy Department offers both the BA/BA (honours) degrees in Philosophy (36 credit hours). There are currently 42 majors and 8 minors in the program. Dr. Richard B. Davis (PhD, Toronto) and Dr. W. Paul Franks (PhD, Oklahoma) are the department’s full-time faculty members.

Over the past few years, our graduates have enjoyed remarkable success in gaining admission to MA and PhD programs in Philosophy. Tyndale PHIL grads have been accepted at such schools as: University of Toronto, Oxford University, University of Oklahoma, Western Michigan University, University of Houston, University of Leeds, University of Sheffield, Ryerson University, Northern Illinois University, Biola University, Trinity Western University, McMaster University, the University of Waterloo, and the University of Amsterdam.
